We review 2-3 demo mixes to judge the wedding DJ applicant's overall skills based on song selection, scratching, mixing ability, mic work, and set quality.
We review each DJ's biography and look to ensure they have the right presentation for weddings.
We check out our DJs current and past club gigs.
We conduct detailed interviews with each wedding DJ applicant.
We check references of past employers (DJ and other) for each prospective wedding DJ.
We attend performances of the prospective DJ to review their skill set, professionalism, song selection, and more.
We test the DJ applicant at our corporate events, before putting them on the wedding stage.
We provide an official training program, including a style guide, standards, and official policies.
Once a DJ becomes a part of the team, we continually provide the member with the latest information on DJ skills, equipment trends, music releases, and more.
We provide our wedding DJs with detailed reviews and ratings from our client base.
